PARKER INVESTIGATIONS

Parker is trained as an A.L.I.C.E. instructor dealing with emergency response by faculty, staff and students in the event of an active shooter within a school. He has also been trained in FEMA Active Shooter Response and was trained as a G.B.I. agent in Active Shooter First Responder. In 1999, he assisted in the 1999 investigation at the Heritage High School shooting in Conyers, GA.
