In 1971 at the age of 15 years and seven months Victor Tsan attended State University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Chisinau, Moldova, which he successfully graduated in 1976. After the graduation from this school, Dr. Tsan completed a residency in OB-GYN and then a fellowship in Hypnotherapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming at The Mindcare Organization, LTD, in Huddersfield, England.
