We manufacture precision screw machine products to customer specifications. We are capable of maintaining accurate tolerances in ten-thousandths (.0001) of an inch with the ability to generate intricate contoured parts with superior aesthetics and surface finish.

Producing parts that range in size from .050” to 1.25” in diameter and up to 12” in length is our niche capability. We can also accommodate longer parts upon your request. We have accommodated specialty production order quantities of 500 to 1,000,000+ pieces.

We have experience in machining stainless steels, titaniums, alloys, plastics, (including virgin teflon® and delrin®) and other challenging materials. Our innovation and patience is tested time and time again. Even our favorite materials, brass and standard steels receive full attention with material tracking and certificate documentation for maximum raw material traceability.
