Nathan Padilla, the owner and a Colorado native, started his plumbing apprenticeship right out of high school in 1998. He was recognized as the Honor Graduate in a class of 60 in a local plumbing apprentice training program. From there he worked for several different plumbing and mechanical contractors in the Denver area. In 2007 he became a Colorado Master Plumber while also obtaining his I.C.C.
