I’m Mary Prior, Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO) and CCPA member, providing individual and family counselling for youth (10+), young adults, and parents in Whitby, ON (virtual sessions across Ontario). I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental approach to help clients navigate anxiety, emotional regulation, self-esteem, identity, peer and family relationships, school stress, life transitions, parenting, and neurodivergent needs such as ADHD and autism. I use evidence-based techniques including CBT, emotion-focused therapy, and psychoeducation tailored to each client’s journey.
