Neil Whiticar graduated in 1997 from ETSU with a degree in Environmental Health. He began his career working in emergency response including spill cleanups of diesel fuel, gas, oil, and other environmental hazards. He then spent over 15 years shipping hazardous, radioactive, asbestos, non-hazardous, and biological waste for the DOE, DOD, and general industry. In 2004, he became certified in TN as a certified methamphetamine laboratory hygienist.
