Raj Desai, MD

Dr. Raj Desai is a double board-certified physician in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine with more than 10 years of experience helping patients manage chronic pain and musculoskeletal conditions. He completed his residency at Northwestern Medicine Marianjoy Rehabilitation Hospital, where he was selected to serve as Chief Resident, before pursuing advanced fellowship training in Pain Medicine at the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

Committed to delivering personalized, evidence-based care, Dr. Desai takes a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to pain management. He specializes in minimally invasive treatments, including nerve blocks, epidural steroid injections, and regenerative medicine therapies, with the goal of reducing pain, restoring function, and improving each patient's overall quality of life.
