Our holistic health studio offers a wide range of health services to enhance your health. In addition to Pilates classes we also offer Reiki, acupuncture and massage in Currumbin. Pilates has been found to be an effective form of exercise that, through focused breathing and precise body movements, can strengthen muscles, stabilise joints and bring about balance in the body. We offer classes in small groups as well as private sessions.
