Reveal Health and Fitness

Reveal Health and Fitness, is about providing a supportive environment for everyone to train and exercise. Unlike most exercise classes when you first attend you will be asked to fill in a form which gives us details of your goals for the short, medium and long term. It also gives us an idea of any barriers you may be facing, thus allowing us to write an individual plan to meet your goals
Our groups are small with no more than 12 clients per trainer at any one session.
