SRB Hawaii Birth Injury Law represents families and children in birth injury medical malpractice claims. We handle cases involving children who have suffered from cerebral palsy, erb's palsy, HIE, developmental delays and wrongful death as result of labor and delivery events. Our mission is to obtain compensation for the victim of malpractice as early as possible as well and to also offer education to the hospital personnel, physicians, nurses and staff to help prevent similar mistakes in the future. Not only do we want to help our clients, with almost 30 years of birth injury experience, to get what they deserve but to be a national leader in promoting and implementing patient safety.
