Saltare Wines is a boutique winery in Stellenbosch, South Africa. We produce sparkling Cap Classique of the highest quality as well as top-end red and white wines made with passion and care by winemaker Carla Pauw. Our mission is to produce handmade, boutique wines and méthode champenoise sparkling wines made with care and respect for nature: delicate textures, subtle flavours, biodynamic methods and carbon neutral processes are what we strive for.
