Sampson Cay Project

Sampson Cay Project is a low-density, ultra-luxury resort development on East Sampson Cay in Exuma, The Bahamas, scheduled to open in 2028. The project will bring to life Rosewood Exuma, a private 33-suite ultra-luxury resort, in partnership with Rosewood Hotels & Resorts. Led by Miami-based Yntegra Group, the development emphasizes sustainable design and community impact – it is “committed to creating meaningful jobs for Bahamians, supporting local entrepreneurs and businesses, and helping to preserve the natural beauty that makes Exuma so special.” In line with this mission, the Sampson Cay Project is planned as a responsible, environmentally conscious development, utilizing less than 50% of the island’s land to preserve green space and natural habitat. The resort and associated facilities aim to boost the local economy through job creation, local partnerships, and long-term investment in the Exuma community
