I’m Caroline Tan, a Certified Sleep Sense Consultant, IPSP Certified Potty Consultant, and former early childhood educator. As a mother of 2 who exclusively breastfed both children, I understand your concerns about sleep while breastfeeding. I remember how exhausted I was when my babies wouldn’t sleep, and how I overcame those struggles. Now I’m passionate about helping first time parents avoid the same experience. I offer support in English and Mandarin, helping families across Asia establish healthy sleep routines for babies, toddlers and young children through gentle, evidence based sleep coaching.
