Seattle Trauma Counseling

Seattle Trauma Counseling specializes in helping people who suffer from, dissociation, panic attacks, background shame and ongoing anxiety. We counsel a variety of people from different cultural backgrounds who have a trauma or a PTSD diagnosis including; 1st responders, Military and Law Enforcement. We also specialize in work with Religious Trauma and Sexual Abuse. We do not use traditional talk therapy methods, but rather cutting edge, Somatic based techniques to treat trauma.
