When you go to the store, whether by yourself or with your family, you should not have to worry about your safety. Most of the time when we go somewhere, we can expect that companies and agencies are responsible for their premises, but that is not always the case.
There are times when property owners and their agents (employers, managers, etc.) fail to provide a safe environment for their patrons. When this happens, and someone gets hurt, they should be held accountable.
