Step – Aside George Conference Centre and backpackers, Your CONFERENCE, ACCOMMODATION and WEDDING heaven.
Ideally situated 2km out of George on the road to Oudtshoorn this beautiful conference centre is placed on 45ha ground at the foot of the majestic Outeniqua Mountains.
Although only a few minutes’ drive from the centre of George and only 10 minutes from the airport, one immediately gets that tranquille and relaxing farm feeling. There are ducks greeting you, the eggs for breakfast are from our own

Our beautiful located self catering family chalet has three rooms with two single beds each, two separate toilets and showers, kitchen/dining room and a lounge with LCD TV and selected DSTV programs. There is a carport as wellas outdoor braai facilities. Children 0 to3 are free, children 4 to 12 R 100.00 thereafter normal price. Please contact us for specials or long term bookings.

Our backpackers accommodation can fit up to 60 GUESTS in bunk beds in rooms of different sizes from 2 to 10 bunk beds. Most dormitories are en suite with three showers, two toilets and two wash basins. We do catering but if you prefer to cook yourself it can also be arranged. Please call us for group tariffs and availability.
