Using a unique six-season framework pre-conception, fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, and menopause, we offer personalized counselling that supports emotional well-being, relationships, and resilience. Our Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC, CCC) creates a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental space for healing, growth, and connection. Located in Kelowna, BC, we offer in-person sessions and secure virtual counselling across British Columbia. Most extended health plans are accepted. New clients welcome.
