The Firm U

The Firm U studio is not your typical gym or health facility. We have taken the doctorate office and put it in a private personal training studio located in the Cypress/Spring/Houston/Tomball and Woodlands area. We make every effort to prevent, reduce or eliminate the need for RX medications. Our fitness program includes restoring Optimal Hormonal balance, Anti-Inflammatory Nutrition balance, along with Resistance Training (weights) while removing toxicities and re-balancing the mind and the body
