Considered a one stop shop for fitness, fun & relaxation, clients enjoy services that include: Yoga, Pole Fitness, Massage, Sauna, Personal Fitness Training, Barre & Pilates. Our certified teachers have comprehensive formal training with over 700 hours in the Classical Pilates Method.
