On September 9, 2021, Kudu Investment Management acquired a minority stake in Third Eye Capital and its affiliates. The transaction marks Kudu’s first investment in Canada and will allow Third Eye to enhance its alignment with clients and launch new funds.
Kudu Investment Management is a New York-based independent provider of long-term capital solutions with over US$650 million in capital commitments.
Third Eye Capital is a Canadian private credit firm with over $3.5 billion invested in over 100 financings for non-sponsored companies in a wide range of industries.
