Tooele Title Company has been a part of the Utah title insurance industry for more than 60 years. Richard Smith, started Tooele’s first title company in 1957, and Jerry and Susan Houghton, his daughter and son-in-law, became owners in the early 1990’s. Tooele Title continues with the same traditions today as it has in the past. We are honored to be underwritten by one of the nation’s top underwriters, Stewart Title.
