Utah Flood and Fire Network was founded in 2008 By Cam Miller, a native of Edmonton who moved to Utah in 1998. UFFN was founded at the height of the economic downturn in 2008 and 2009, and weathered the recession because of its strong leadership and a commitment to financial responsibility.
