W3Body Hoffman Estates is a women-only training gym in Hoffman Estates, serving women throughout the Chicago northwest suburbs. We specialize in helping women build strength, confidence, and lasting fitness through coach-led semi-private personal training, one-on-one personal training, and TEAM cardio/core classes.
