W. Bartley Hosick, MD, FAAOS

Dr. Hosick specializes in robotically-assisted knee and hip replacement surgery. He originally chose orthopedics in medical school because he found the orthopedic staff and residents to be the most personable and welcoming of all surgical specialties. He grew to love the challenge of treating the complexities of the musculoskeletal system and the ever-evolving nature of orthopedic surgery. He says that the ability to cure a person’s pain and suffering using his skills and knowledge creates a personal satisfaction that is hard for him to describe. Dr. Hosick is also the team physician for Osbourn High School, his Alma Mater.

Dr. Hosick’s greatest joy is his grandson in Richmond, who he sees whenever possible. He is proud to serve his country and it’s fighting men and women as a Naval Reserve Medical Corps officer. In his free time he travels the world, and enjoys the food scene in the DC metro area.
