The car remains with the client and is not re-registered to anyone. Funds can be transferred to any card in Belarus. The response upon approval of the deal comes within 15 minutes. The loan amount can reach up to 70% of the car's value. The minimum loan amount is from 300 BYN, the maximum amount is up to 100,000 Belarusian rubles. The maximum loan term is 60 months.
